An early Christmas Wish – Noah Biorkman
Posted on November 12, 2009
Hello my wonderful peeps! I have something that I would really like to share with you.
There is a little boy, Noah Biorkman, who is the precious age of 5. He has been diagnosed with Neuroblastoma Cancer and has been battling it for the past 2 1/2 years. Noah is now in the final stages of cancer. So God is going to take him home soon and before he does; Noah’s family will celebrate his final Christmas next weekend. Noah’s favorite thing? Christmas cards! What a precious little boy he is…. of all things a little kid would want – it’s Christmas Cards! If you would like to mail a Christmas card to this little guy please do. It would certainly bring a smile and what better gift can we give or receive from another person – then a smile! =)

Many of you know this and many do not, but cancer is a really important subject to me. When I hear of someone having cancer there is a part of me that wants to fight with them and for them, especially when they feel that they can’t take much more. There have been two really special people in my life that have battled cancer, my Mom and Mother in law. My Mom has finished chemo last month and is doing great. Sadly, my Mother in law, was called home to heaven at an early age. There isn’t a day that goes by that you don’t think of them and feel them around you. It’s a difficult thing to go through and if there was anything that I could do to make it better – I would! For Noah it’s a Christmas card – there is no way I could not send one. God Bless you Noah and your family!! I pray that God’s peace, love and comfort embrace you during these times.
Thank you!! I hope you know how much I appreciate you reading my blog posts… you are all so wonderful.

My little nephew, my hero, was 6 months old when we discovered (by a fluke) that he had Neuroblastoma cancer. We were so blessed to catch it early enough that he is now 3 and cancer free. I understand the hardships of seeing a child that you love dearly go through so much and that you’d do ANYTHING to trade places with them. My heart goes out to you all. What a sweet angel.
